US vehicle export &
auction buying

We buy at American wholesale auctions on your behalf and ship worldwide from South Florida. Purchase, title, inland transport, loading and export documentation handled in one place, by a licensed US dealer.

Who this is for

Dealers, importers and wholesale buyers outside the United States who want access to US auction inventory without holding a US dealer licence, a US bank account or staff on the ground. Most US wholesale auctions are closed to the public — we are licensed, we bid for you, and you deal with one invoice instead of six.

Ports & destinations

We load mainly from Port Everglades and PortMiami, and use Jacksonville, Savannah or New York/New Jersey where that is cheaper for the vehicle's location or your destination. We regularly ship to the Caribbean, Central and South America, West Africa, the Middle East and Europe.

How it works

1

Tell us what you need

Model, year range, budget ceiling and destination port. We confirm whether the vehicle can legally be imported into your market before anything else happens.

2

We search and appraise

We work the US auctions — Manheim, ADESA, Copart, IAA and dealer trade networks. You get the condition report, the announcements and our own read on the car.

3

You approve a maximum bid

We bid to your ceiling and never above it. If we do not win, nothing is owed beyond any agreed search fee.

4

Purchase, title and transport

We pay the auction, collect the title and move the vehicle by inland carrier to the port of loading.

5

Loading and export documents

Container or RoRo as you prefer. You receive the title, bill of sale, Bill of Lading and the US Customs (AES/ITN) export filing.

What it costs

Nothing is bundled or hidden. You see the hammer price exactly as the auction invoices it, and every cost on top is listed separately.

Auction purchase priceAt costThe hammer price, passed through exactly as invoiced.
Auction buyer feeAt costCharged by the auction house, varies with sale price.
Our buying commissionQuoted per dealPer vehicle, or a percentage — agreed before we bid.
Title & documentationQuoted per dealTitle collection, notarisation and courier.
Inland transport to portQuoted per dealDepends on the auction location and the port.
Loading — containerQuoted per dealShared or exclusive container.
Loading — RoRoQuoted per dealRoll-on roll-off, where the destination accepts it.
Ocean freightQuoted per dealQuoted per destination port at time of booking.
Storage after free daysQuoted per dealOnly if the vehicle waits beyond the free period.

Auction fees move with the sale price, inland transport depends on where the car sits, and ocean freight depends on your port — so we quote the full landed cost in writing before you approve a bid, and that is the number you pay.

What we need from you

✓Destination port and consignee details
✓Confirmation that the vehicle may be imported into your market — age, emissions and homologation rules are yours to verify
✓A deposit before we bid, and settlement before the vehicle loads

Import compliance is the buyer's responsibility. Rules on vehicle age, emissions and homologation differ in every country and change often. Confirm with your customs broker before you commit to a purchase — we cannot advise on your local law.

Frequently asked

Do you sell to buyers outside the United States?

Yes. The wholesale and export side of the business exists for dealers and importers abroad. We also sell retail locally in Davie, Florida, but the export service is a separate B2B operation.

Can I buy a vehicle at a US auction without a dealer licence?

Most US wholesale auctions are closed to the public and require a dealer licence. We are licensed and bid on your behalf, which is the usual route for an international buyer.

Which ports do you ship from?

Primarily Port Everglades and PortMiami in South Florida, and Jacksonville, Savannah or New York/New Jersey when the vehicle's location or your destination makes that cheaper.

What documents do I receive?

The original title, a bill of sale, the Bill of Lading and the US Customs AES/ITN export filing. We can provide the auction condition report and all photographs as well.

Who is responsible for import duties and compliance in my country?

The buyer. Age limits, emissions rules, homologation and duty differ by country and we cannot advise on your local law — confirm with your customs broker before you commit.

Can you buy a specific VIN I have already found?

Yes. Send us the auction listing or VIN and we will quote the all-in landed cost.
