Frequently asked

Do you use brokers?

No. Transport and shipping are handled in-house by our own team, so the company you book with is the company that moves your vehicle.

How much does it cost?

It depends on distance, the vehicle and, for export, the destination port and RoRo or container. Every job is quoted in writing before pickup.

Can you ship a car I bought somewhere else?

Yes: from another dealer, an auction or a private seller, inside the US or for export.

What do I need to export a vehicle?

The original title (free of liens, or with a lien release), the exporter’s ID and the consignee details. US Customs must receive the title before the vehicle sails; we handle that step.

Who handles duties and import rules in my country?

The buyer or consignee, usually with a customs broker at destination. Rules on vehicle age, emissions and duties differ by country.
